No one receives any compenstion for helping with the Cane and Able Stroke Recovery Group. Our meetings are free to attend.
However, we do have expenses, including occasional speaker fees, transportation to events and activities, and subsidizing occasional social activities.
Donations go a long way to provide the care and support that Cane and Able is known for.
Our funds are managed by the Beaumont Health Foundation, providing us with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status.
