Cane and Able is run entirely by volunteers. No one receives compensation for helping with the Cane and Able Stroke Recovery Group,
and our meetings are free to attend.
We do have expenses — occasional speaker fees, transportation to events, and help with occasional social activities.
Donations go a long way toward providing the care and support Cane and Able is known for.
Our funds are managed by the Corewell Health Foundation, providing us with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

Honoring a family member, friend, colleague, physician, nurse, or caregiver with a gift is a touching way to pay tribute. The Foundation will send an acknowledgement to the honoree or their family. (Gift amount will not be shared.)
